Mike is Blackbelt Certified in Lean Manufacturing and also has education from BCIT and the Sauder School of Business. Living in Cloverdale with his wife and two daughters, Mike enjoys golf, staying active and finding the next great book to read.

He is also an active member of the company’s social team helping keep Ideon a fun and enjoyable place to work.
